Recognising the potential of a river neighbourhood just minutes from the CBD, the development was named Enclave and we coined the positioning, ‘7km and a world away’. Based on an understanding of the target audience and locality, the campaign concentrated on established attractions in the area, the active riverside lifestyle and direct access to the city. UK illustrator Chris Dent brought Melbourne to life with an idiosyncratic take on a locality map.
