Garden House introduces verdant, exquisitely landscaped apartments to Waterloo. Our aim was to create a truly unique image amongst the blank canvas of sites in the area, express the proximity to the beautiful Waterloo Park and maximise the garden element within the communal areas and individual homes.
The naming and branding presented Garden House as a modern place to live where greenery is in abundance – a challenging approach in what is otherwise an industrial neighbourhood. The striking, bold campaign brought lush, Victorian-influenced design to the forefront, utilising flourishing illustrations in the brand identity and placing the essence of ‘inside out living’ front and centre.
