After repositioning this development in 2012, Hoyne’s marketing campaign became part of a registration re-boot. In the second half of 2013 a campaign refresh was required, updating the amenities within this 1500-lot estate and preparing for a series of new waterfront releases.

 

Whilst reinforcing the green credentials of this community, Hoyne delved deeper into the human aspect. Genuine resident stories, appealing portraits and colourful snapshots of life at Harcrest gave the project energy and immediacy and, once again, contributed to bumper registrations.
