Hoyne’s campaign for The Miller positioned the development as an apartment building that offers the experience of luxury, Manhattan style hotel living in Sydney. Made up of 180 one, two and three-bedroom apartments this residential tower in North Sydney, by developer Yuhu Group, encourages residents to be the VIP in their own home.
Campaign strategy identified the target market as young and affluent, with mix of local owner occupiers and offshore investors. Our CGI team brought the luxurious interiors and views of the harbour to life.
The first release, which included four top-floor penthouses, sold out within the first weekend of going to market.
