CHALLENGE

This development was launching in Green Square, arguably one of Sydney’s most saturated, competitive apartment markets. A campaign was required that showcased the bespoke and refined solution and distanced it from run-of-the-mill, investor driven projects.

APPROACH

The campaign concentrated on design-savvy owner-occupiers, showcasing the project in a high-profile launch. Memorable location-based naming of the property ensured good recall and effective online advertising. Chic ambassadors – George and Allen – appeared throughout the marketing collateral, reinforcing the project’s individual nature. Editorial-style imagery and information, matched with Hecker Guthrie designed interior spaces, further elevated the status and style of George & Allen.

RESULTS

Hoyne’s design for the George & Allen sales suite took home the gold medal in New York’s Graphis Design Annual 2014. The project’s overall marketing campaign also won a silver medal.
