CHALLENGE

Our objective was to inspire potential homebuyers with the idea of their own private doorway into Darlinghurst, and to communicate the rarity of a contemporary terrace house in an inner-city location.

APPROACH

A bold brand mark was inspired by the name, ‘Kings Lane’, and brought to life with a return to the cast-iron, antique doorknockers of centuries past. Updated with a minimalistic, geometric aesthetic – it served as a reminder that these are individual addresses with front doors to the street. The hero brochure also captured the vibrant atmosphere and environment of Darlinghurst – using minimal copy and instead choosing to focus on beautiful location photography.
