With more than half of Sydney’s population anticipated to be living in the Western Suburbs in the next 25 years, Parramatta is under transformation. Major new public infrastructure projects, improved transport links, and significant residential development will see the population change in both size and character over the next decade. EcoWorld is leading the charge in its response to this change with a new 397-apartment development designed by world-renowned architects, Woods Bagot.


The name ‘West Village’ was chosen for its reference to the affluent Manhattan suburb – renowned for dining, shopping and beautiful tree-lined streets. It positioned this as a world-class destination while providing insight into the lifestyle on offer. Hoyne also recommended that the ground floor retail and food & beverage offering be curated early to further support the marketing campaign, and we worked with EcoWorld to engage gourmet providores, Salt Meats Cheese, and highly regarded Malaysian restaurant, Chinta Ria.
