Setting new sales benchmarks in Neutral Bay with grandly luxurious apartments.
This luxury residential development in Neutral Bay’s town centre has interiors more closely resembling grand homes than apartments. The project’s combination of architectural grandeur and streetscape rejuvenation precipitated a “renaissance” within Neutral Bay Village and saw Hoyne create a bespoke brand for buyers focused on luxury, convenience, perfection and tranquillity. Together with Central Element, we looked to the luxury travel and retail sector when creating elements such as a sophisticated design magazine and an immersive journey and art gallery experience in the sales suite. Pienza secured various benchmark prices for the neighbourhood, including a record-breaking $7 million second-floor apartment.
