Hoyne’s Placebook® articulates the precinct’s full potential, combining the developer’s extensive community consultations and ideas with our research and insights regarding government strategies, placemaking and global benchmarks. It distils the vision for Australia’s first fully integrated arts village, highlighting The Paint Factory’s potential cultural significance and contribution to much-needed housing in Brisbane.
The Placebook has been used as a key tool to communicate the aspiration of the project to public and private stakeholders, including community, council and elected members.
