Kew Palm House / KEW

Refreshing luxury in Sydney’s saturated Eastern Suburbs.

  • Place Branding
  • Property Marketing
  • Image Making

In a suburb where prestige is the baseline and superlatives are standard, differentiation demands more than a beautiful product. KEW Palm House set the bar high: 16 residences across two discreetly layered buildings crafted by Woods Bagot with landscape design by Dangar Barin Smith.

Our approach cut deliberately against a market saturated with claims of the exceptional, with warmth, substance and sophistication. Layering and framing gave the identity its structure: inspired by the corbelled brickwork of the built form and the gradual unveiling of the place on arrival; from understated façade to wending tree-lined paths, out to sun-soaked shared gardens.

The positioning, composed for generous living, grounded the campaign in what genuinely sets Palm House apart: residences scaled for social, free-flowing lifestyles, and exceptional spaces for neighbours to enjoy and share. The brand has been created to draw its audience gradually into a world of intimate luxury, wreathed in green, revealed in stages.
