Set to be a vibrant, integrated neighbourhood, the development will redefine the way social, affordable and market housing are integrated to provide a sustainable and inclusive neighbourhood for people from all walks of life.

Our work within the development sector and our research for The Place Economy, has shown us that, for a place to have any kind of impact, it needs to think people first – it needs to draw them in, make them stay and keep them coming back. But this is no walk in the park. To achieve a significant level of influence, a place needs to act as a magnetic hub. It needs a constant buzz – a hum of endless momentum. It needs to have meaning. A reason for being. But above all, it needs to be real.

The Consortium’s vision sets the foundation for something truly unique. Working in collaboration, the Hoyne team will be unearthing the aspirations and needs of the community to understand how we can bring the real story of Ivanhoe to life.
