APPROACH
Hoyne positioned each of the precincts within the development to ensure that this rich and diverse project was clearly articulated so buyers could understand the full vision and all that will be delivered. This positioning and articulation was created to resonate with key stakeholders, the local community and ultimately to underpin a strong sales launch.
RESULTS
The first residential stage, Feehan Row, was launched September 2019.
