Mountview is a collection of 59 1, 2, 3 and 4-bedroom residences by developer Canam located in Auckland’s sought-after suburb of Epsom. Hoyne was tasked with developing a strategic place brand and marketing campaign which would attract an audience looking for a lifestyle to be emulated and enjoyed.

Mountview is designed for people interested in reducing life’s chores, embracing life’s riches and enjoying elevated living. Nestled at the heart of four sought-after Auckland suburbs, with easy access to retail, amenity, infrastructure and transport, this dynamic, sophisticated development offers the latest in residential design enhanced by incredible views. Uplifted, urban and connected, Mountview was positioned as the easiest choice for an elevated life.

The creative concept amplified a classic yet contemporary living experience created for discerning individuals.

Initial ROIs have been strong and the project officially launched to market in early May 2022.
