Challenge

Investa Property Group & Oxford Properties Group are constructing a game changing 39 story commercial tower designed by Foster + Partners, integrated with the new metro at 252 Pitt Street in the heart of Sydney’s midtown.

The development is located within a cluster of premium office assets and combines incredible architecture, flexible workspaces and world class sustainability and amenity to create the ideal environment that will enhance performance, wellbeing and productivity.

Investa and Oxford required a sophisticated brand that appealed to a specific audience who would be interested in the site’s close proximity to the financial centre of the Sydney CBD and the new and emerging Tech Hub at central station.

Approach

Parkline Place was positioned as a future thinking development in a progressive business location. The brand brings to life the city’s energy and demonstrates how the internal connectivity of the building’s architecture will engage and inspire the future workforce; unlocking original thinking and diverse perspectives and allowing business to innovate.

To attract high-calibre tenants, we had to create cut-through that was authentic to the place while clearly communicating Premium Grade sophistication and world-class design. With bold graphics, energetic photography and a vibrant palette, the brand drew inspiration from the pace of city life. We softened this energy and pace by highlighting the calm of interior spaces as well as prestige proximity to the green spaces of Hyde Park and the Domain.
