Hoyne undertook a thorough Place Visioning process which determined the sites purpose as a commercial precinct and social destination that will transform Bridgewater into a benchmark destination that delivers permanent jobs for locals and celebrates Tasmanian innovation through tenant curation. Making Point.B a destination as well as workplace with market squares, entertaining spaces and recreation all on the plan. Together with a program of events, surrounding neighbourhoods and a resident workforce, the amenity will deliver a customer base in-built, 7 days a week. Point.B will lead positive social change and redefine what an industrial space can contribute to community.
