Hoyne, Urbis and Cultural Capital have been working with The GPT Group on the place experience and public domain of the existing Rouse Hill Town Centre (RHTC), as well as its proposed expansion. When launched 20 years ago, RHTC represented a groundbreaking community-first approach to a shopping centre. An equally innovative community-first approach to urban development is needed again to continue this legacy. Our Place Visioning® incorporates the addition of residential towers, commercial, retail and community space and takes into account the announcement of a new $300m hospital from Health Infrastructure and a forthcoming Metro station.
