A hybrid timber, steel and brick structure with an emphasis on technology, The Hybrid will be one of Australia’s most sustainable buildings. A 16,000sqm, 10-level, A-Grade office building, with a solar farm, outdoor spaces and a rooftop basketball court, it is aimed at tenants who think “outside the box”. The building’s design and the developer’s approach to client-tenant relationships reflect a pioneering mindset which Hoyne harnessed for the brand and campaign. Notable for a disruptive and dynamic spirit and whip smart, witty language, all creative was designed for digital first, with text, logos and graphics adapting seamlessly to their location.
