Surrounded by other major estates in the Clyde North PSP, Hoyne’s job was to create a strategic positioning and brand to help form a compelling USP for Goldfield’s 70ha, 1000 lot-estate. Underpinning our vibrant and bold concept with the phrase ‘Very Vibrant’, we positioned the estate as a premium sanctuary with community at its heart, distinguished by unique cultural, natural and wellbeing elements. Hoyne worked with architect-interior designer Kath Wallis to create a truly distinctive display suite, located on-site throughout much of the development’s progress. The teaser campaign generated over 150 leads off the back of a single billboard.
